3D Printing

A process for creating a three-dimensional object, involving the deposition of materials delivered by an ink-jet type printer. Different materials can be used for the different layers, offering the user the ability to build with different mechanical and physical properties in each layer. Experiments are being run in which cells are deposited similarly to build up organs such as a human bladder.
