Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FUTURES 2.0 (futuresdictionary.org), operated by The Millennium Project, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

2. Description of service

FUTURES 2.0 is an online encyclopedic dictionary of futures-studies terminology, with cross-references and images. Its “Ask AI” feature can open a term, with a prefilled prompt, in a third-party AI chatbot of your choosing — see “Third-party AI links” below.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to bulk-scrape the dictionary’s content, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false, abusive, or spam reports through the feedback form.

4. Third-party AI links

The “Ask AI” button opens a new browser tab to a third-party AI chatbot of your choosing (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, or Mistral) with a prefilled prompt about the term you were viewing. These chatbots are operated by their respective companies, not by us — we do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for their responses, accuracy, availability, or how they handle any information you send them. Your use of any third-party AI chatbot is governed by that provider’s own terms of service, separate from these Terms.

5. Feedback submissions

If you use the feedback button to report a problem with a term or send a general suggestion, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and act on that feedback to maintain and improve the dictionary, with no obligation to compensate you or credit you for it. See our Privacy Policy for what information is collected when you submit feedback.

6. Intellectual property

The FUTURES 2.0 dictionary content (ISBN 978-0-9882639-8-7) is owned by The Millennium Project and its authors. This digital edition is offered for personal and educational reference; commercial reproduction is not permitted without authorization.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Contact
