Force-field analysis
Origin: Lat. fortĭa campus gr. ἀνάλυσις
Force Field Analysis is used to examine forces that drive a decision forward or retard its accomplishment; a system of weighting pro and cons of a decision. Decision makers can choose policies that encourage the pro forces and retard the con forces to reduce the uncertainty of its accomplishment.
