Global resolutive

Origin: Lat. globus, resolutĭo, -ōnis

Awkward neologism coined to contrast with The Club of Rome's term 'problematique', referring to global problems. Refers to the range of possible solutions to the deteriorating global outlook. Suggests an agenda of restorative actions and policies running all the way from promoting recycling and energy efficiency to reconstituting the Western Industrial worldview. Hence, its breadth renders it rather problematic.
