Characteristic of a message, or any other form of communication, that implies a higher degree of responsiveness because it involves more than one previous message, and a relationship exists between those previous messages and the responses to them. Human communication is one example of interactive communication because of the involvement of other forms of languages such as body language or interaction with the environment. .
