The time when our global system is far from equilibrium and the whole system will both bifurcate toward rapid devolution and disintegration or toward synergy and transformation to a more complex and harmonious order. During this time small fluctuations can affect the whole system; small islands of coherence can attract the whole system to a higher and more harmonious order.
