Reactivity
Origin: Lat. re-activĭtas, -ātis
Reacting to external stimuli and adapting to situations. A person may be described as being highly reactive if they respond strongly and rapidly to stimuli. Similarly, two chemicals involved in a chemical reaction are said to be highly reactive if the reaction is rapid and strong.
