Table of actor’s strategies

A term used in the Godet method of constructing scenarios, involving the actors who control key variables generated within a structural analysis. The perceived interaction among these "driving force" actors helps an analyst generate scenario concepts. The ideal number of actor is between 10 and 20. The information gathered about each actor includes: 1) their objectives, goals, projects under way, motivations, constraints, and the means of action that actors have at their disposal to achieve their objectives.
