TKJ (Technique Kawakita Jiro)

A systematic and participatory technique that often promotes commitment among actors and groups seeking a common solution to a complex issue. The procedure involves having participants meet face-to-face and writing on a card answers to the problem that he or she considers relevant. The cards are grouped into categories and placed in an envelope. The envelopes are then redistributed to the group. The recipients read the contents and propose common solutions which result from synthesis of the suggestions.
