Indicates the different ways of approaching the future: 1. Passive attitude: ignoring changes and tolerating them; 2: Reactive attitude: acting with urgency when change occurs; 3. Preactive attitude: preparing for changes; 4. Proactive: intervening to provoke the desired changes.
