Experts panel

A committee or jury invited to explore, analyze or decide some matter. Consists of individuals and is mandated to use its collective expertise in addressing a particular problem or set of issues: experts meet face to face; normally in private sessions; are regular isvals over a fixed time period: during this time; they use their judgment in interpreting available evidence: they report their findings; usually though a written report that is inter disseminated and; in ideal situations; acted upon.
