A person who has a special skill, knowledge, insight, or ability in a particular domain based on research, experience, judgment, or occupation. In Futures Studies, experts bring different perspectives and knowledge for the exploration of future developments. The diversity of experts has to match the diversity of issues related to the topic being studied.
