A civil association created in 2004 that for several years has directed and produced the research on this Futures: World Foresight Encyclopedic Dictionary in collaboration with the Millennium Project. It .has the aim of developing foresight studies and contributing to the educational background on futures with present responsibility, for benefiting the Mexican population and the world. Has created the national and international competitions for children, youth and teachers called: The Millennium Prize and The Global Millennium Prize, with coverage in 110 countries worldwide and over seven million hits. Its Website appeared in five languages: Spanish, English, French, Russian, and Azeri. Has also created a Global Contest via Internet: the Global Millennium Prize for Women, which rewards the top 15 projects of the Millennium Global Challenges linked to the eight UN Millennium Development Goals, with collective benefit and replicable worldwide. Has records in Indesol and Conacyt in Mexico and at the DPI / NGO in UN.
