Quantitive techniques

Mathematical and statistical methods used for foresight. The qualitative techniques most often used in foresight are: 1) Cross impact matrix. 2) Input-Output. 3) Simulation Models. 4) Projection. The main quantitative foresight techniques are: Bayesian Statistics, Monte Carlo and Econometrics. The main mixed techniques (qualitative and quantitative) are: Technological Foresight, Simulation games and Decision Matrix.
