Strategy and tactics

Definition, coordination, implementation and adjustment of the operational objectives, of the paths, as well as the set of appropriate actions and means, destined to achieve the goals of an organization or a territory. Strategy is the art of preparing and implementing, actually or virtually, the means to overcome or reduce obstacles of any nature that stand in the way of achieving an achievable goal and, in doing so, to correctly anticipate, according to an adjustment process. Continuous evolution over time. Tactics is the art that teaches to order the elements of a system within the framework of a strategy, establishing action priorities.
