CSAC. Method for building a Continuous Strategic Anticipation Center

The standard basic functional model of a CSAC is made up of three parts. 1. Second ring: people permanently or semi-permanently linked to the OP, selected for their skills, specific knowledge or experience (experts and specialists). 3. External ring other experts, specialists and collaborators to convene in specific cases, according to the subject under study. Links and alliances with other organizations.
