Information about what the future could be before it exists, acquired through the practice of Futures Studies. Foresight knowledge: 1. is non-verifiable in nature 2. has a high degree of uncertainty and complexity and 3. usually thematises a coherent vision whereby relevant knowledge includes an anticipation of “the unknown”.
