Inductive and ascendant prospective

(The ascendant or inductive exercises put more emphasis on interaction, seeking at the beginning information on how to carry out the foresight, points of view about design and content, how to address the messages, to which groups, etc. In the other extreme the descendant or deductive exercises put less emphasis on the interaction, searching for the right information in a wide group of sources, mainly processed by small expert groups that link researchers with the professionals, active enterprises, or policy decision makers.
