Judgmental forecasting
Origin: Lat. critĭcus, gr. κριτικός, lat. prognostĭcum, gr. προγνωστικόν
Making a forecast using expert judgment or intuition. The term may be applied to the process by which single individuals or groups derive forecasts without relying on quantitative models or extrapolation of historical data.
