The first world foresight encyclopedic dictionary. Its goals are to encourage national and international foresight vision, to facilitate effective communication, to promote educational training, to foster the right approach for strategic planning and legislation and to facilitate negotiations between governments and corporations. It is addressed to students, teachers, scholars, planning directors of public and private sectors, consultants, parliamentarians, journalists, political columnists and opinion leaders. Contains more than 1,100 terms and methodologies that describe the steps for conducting future studies and help responsible decision-making.
