Planification

Planning, the management of resources through the establishment of goals and the development of systematic and efficient means of achieving them. Planning is used by government and research institutes; it is often developed in large organizations in specialized departments. Cybernetics, informatics, information technology (computers and data processing) and interdisciplinary concepts of planning and rational choice, have established the theoretical and instrumental requirements necessary for planning in business, community, and state organizations.
