Weak signals, seeds of change
Origin: Lat. debĭlis signālis
Indicator of a change to come that allows to start a work of anticipation and characterization of its future evolution. It is formed by the verification of a phenomenon in the making that indicates either an end or a beginning of the trend. You can narrow possible futures by announcing the end of a weight trend. The sources of change could be: 1. the original idea or invention; 2. the watershed event; 3. the social outliers expressing a new value.
